¡ Rambling Preamble ! The June FF came and went with a bang. The vibes were high as the sun in the sky, and the summer breeze blessed our bees' knees during the playful exploration we shared out in the woods. We punched through the 50 participant ceiling again, and with such flying colors we’re doing 60 instead for the July edition. We're also throwing more percussion into the 🥁 Jam Session and looking to have more ❤️‍🔥 Facilitators in our already exuberant 🥷 Flow Dojo. 🥣 Legendary Lentil Stew a-plenty. You're welcome 🤟 ~ ~ GBG FlowFestival ~ You're invited to partake in an experience out of the ordinary, weaving together layers of our somatic experience in ceremonial (and seriously silly) ways to celebrate the incredible capacities of our physical form and awareness.
