Come to Olive Branch this Friday to say goodbye to a good friend and an excellent Dj who's been jamming our salsa scene for the last years... A personal word from Pooya himself: "This is Pooya inviting all of you to come this Friday (August 1st) to Olive Branch for my going away party. I’m moving to Boston in a couple weeks so this will be my last chance to see all of you. I have been Djing salsa since the beginning of it all (8 to 9 years ago in Phoenix) and know some of you from waaaaayyyy back in the day. Who remembers Bash on Ash?! Club Rio?! Tropicana?! Club Red?! Yeah, I’m talking to you old schoolers….come on out even though there is dust on those dancing shoes. EVERYONE is welcome! I would love to see everyone on my last salsa night before I leave. Even if you have never danced salsa, there are free salsa lessons from 9:30-10:30pm. This will be a night to remember. I am DJing half the night and will be bringing a very special set this Friday."
