The feeling of arriving exactly as you are and discovering that nothing needs to be added for you to belong. This is the spirit of One Heart. For three beautiful days, we come together to celebrate authentic Tantra as a path of awareness, presence and human connection. It is a space where we can slow down, explore, play, meditate, learn and celebrate life alongside a community of open-hearted people. Intentionally limited to just 144 participants, the festival offers an intimate atmosphere where genuine relationships can naturally unfold. There is time to connect, time to rest, time to dance, and time to simply enjoy being part of something meaningful. What can you expect? Throughout the weekend you'll be able to create your own journey by choosing from a rich programme of workshops, ceremonies and experiences led by experienced facilitators. Between sessions, you'll have plenty of space to connect with others, enjoy nourishing meals, relax in nature, or simply take a quiet moment for yourself. There is no pressure to do everything. A Festival with Heart One Heart is intentionally different from large commercial festivals. With a smaller group, it's easier to feel at home.
