Not all those who wander are lost. Dear fellow adventurers, my name is Kwok One. I've been dancing now for over 16 years. Have been to many congresses around the world and I always felt that there was something missing. Sure, we dance a lot, have fun, do the workshops. But I always come home with the feeling that it could have been so much more. Last year I organised an event in Thailand on Ko Tao Island. Different from the regular congresses. Not focussed on dance moves. Not even on dance. But more on dance fundamentals. Making connections. Creating your own moves. And enjoying a holiday together on a paradise Island. It was supposed to be my last event. But all the participants begged me to do it again this year. So we will this time with an awesome team of volunteers. But this time we want to go even further. This time we want to dive deep in to the essence of dance. Take a dive in the rabbit hole and see how deep we can go. We'll do it on paradise island Koh Tao again. In true Zensation philosophy of "continues growth"....we made sure this time it will be even more spectacular! In my Zensation program we will find new ways to include our day activities such as, snorkling, scuba and free diving into our dance, and practice this on the beautiful beaches that Koh Tao has to offer. Yes there are certain tricks to make a move look good. And you can learn them too. The "big names" claim it is because they dance since they were 5 years old. And they dance 7 days per week. But that is only half the truth. There are certain easy to learn steps that can make your dance SHINE too. Even if you started dancing when you were 35 years old. And only dance twice a month. FIND TRUE CONNECTION IN DANCE Remember those blissful moments when you got it right the first time? When you floated on the dancefloor in a cloud of music? They don't seem to happen so often anymore. Why is that? What happened with that feeling of extasy? In partnerdance it's all about CONNECTION. And there are several different types of connection. For example, there is the Teacher-Student connection. There is the "can't wait till the end of this song-connection". There is the "love this person but hate the dance - connection".
