Online Info Session about Havana Dance Camp!

Some of us are headed to Cuba (yes, Cuba!!) for dancing, exploration and more. Join us for the 2nd Annual SBLD Havana Dance Camp! Trip Options are: November 18-23, 2026 March 30-April 4, 2027 Log on to this Online Information Session to get an overview of the trip, ask questions, and get a feel for the trip generally. It's the 2nd Annual SBLD Havana Summer Dance Camp! November 18-23, 2026 and/or March 30-April 4, 2027 It includes: 5 nights lodging in Kerida guesthouse or guesthouse nearby--in the Vedado neighborhood of Havana (https://en.kerida-cuba.com/) Breakfast every morning 2.5-4 hours group dance instruction daily (except Beach day) which will include Afro-Cuban movement, Salsa, Rueda de Casino and more--all of it with inescapable rhythm & musicality Daily individual work with a dance instructor Welcome Party--Dinner & Dance at Cimarron w/ Christa & Alexis & Friends Goodbye Party--Dinner & Dance at Elo's House Beach day bus/van transport Guidance on how to book your flight and purchase your travel Visa (but does NOT include price of those things) We will also take contributions to a wonderful community project and we will only support Cuban-run business/initiatives (rather than government sponsored facilities)--because we'd want to anyway--but also to stay within the confines of our Support for the Cuban People licensing category. They'll be plenty of time outside of these events to explore Old Havana on your own or with friends, get extra dancing or music in at nearby venues, catch a taxi to the beach for a little extra ocean time, relax, see art, etc...recommendations and suggestions for extra adventures a part of the trip. TRIP COST: Before March 31: $1395 double occupancy per person $1495 single occupancy per person After March 31: $1495 double occupancy per person $1595 single occupancy per person Must have 8 participants to make it a go. $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your spot (it will be refunded if we don't get enough folks). Please have a valid passport that will be six months or more away from its expiration date by our last day of travel before making deposit.
