Manuel inizia a ballare all'età di 3 anni e all'età di 12 inizia lo studio della Danza Classica presso l'Accademia di Balletto Classico di Liliana Cosi e Marinel Stefanescu, fino ad arrivare nel 2005 a far parte della Scuola del Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, lavorando notevolmente nell'ambito del balletto classico. Manuel began dancing at the age of 3 and at the age of 12 he began studying Classical Dance at the Academy of Classical Ballet of Liliana Cosi and Marinel Stefanescu, until he became part of the Rome Opera Ballet School in 2005.
