In dieser Class erkunden wir Improvisation als einzelner Körper und in Bezug zu anderen. Wir nutzen bildliche Vorstellung und kreative Aufgaben, um vom Kopf in den Körper zu gelangen. Joy Kammin ist selbstständige Tanzschaffende aus Remscheid, NRW. Nach ihrem Tanzstudium an der Codarts Rotterdam hat Joy u. a. für internationale Choreograf:innen wie Krisztina de Chatel, Tina Taarpard und Marina Mascarell gearbeitet. 2016 tanzte sie mit der schwedischen Tanzkompanie Skanes Dancetheater. 2017 bis 2020 tanzte sie in Israel mit Pinto Inbal und Avshalom Pollak Dance Theatre. 2020 rief Joy das tanzt.jetzt Festival in Remscheid ins Leben, um die kulturelle Teilhabe der Menschen vor Ort zu stärken. _________________ OPEN CLASSES | 2 Fridays per month | 90 minutes dance variety | Open to all dance enthusiasts 13 February 2026 Open Class with Joy Kammin "Body before mind" In this class we explore improvisation as a single body and in relation to others. We use visual imagination and creative tasks to get from the head into the body. Joy Kammin is a freelance dance artist from Remscheid, North Rhine-Westphalia. After studying dance at Codarts Rotterdam, Joy has worked for international choreographers such as Krisztina de Chatel, Tina Taarpard and Marina Mascarell. In 2016, she danced with the Swedish dance company Skanes Dancetheater. From 2017 to 2020, she danced in Israel with Pinto Inbal and Avshalom Pollak Dance Theatre.
