Oslo Kizomba Ladies Bootcamp

Dear Ladies! For the first time in Oslo I would like to create a Kizomba Ladies Team. Our first goal is a performance at the first Oslo Kiozmba Festival in April (22-24.04.2016) and Spring Bachata Festival in May (Oslo, 27-29.05.2016). We are going to meet 5 or 6 times before the festival in April, it will be one day during the weekend (Friday or Saturday or Sunday) for 2 – 3 hours (I will be able to give you more details after our first meeting on Sunday 6th): 1. 04-06 march – this time it will be Sunday (06.03), 17.00 - 19.00 (2h) at Dance-It Studio 2. 19 march - Saturday 16.30 - 18.30 3. 03 april - Sunday 11.00 - 14.00 4. 08-10 april 5. 15-17 april 6. 22-24 april So we’ll get around 12 - 16 hours training during this period. We will be focusing on the show, but of course we will focus on a personal growth too. We will learn how to use our body in a more sensual and natural feminine way, the proper bunda (butt/hips) movements and an elegant way of walking and moving. We will also get a better understanding of how to interpret different nuances in the music with our body. This project is open for the ladies of all levels - I’ll let you know if you are ready to perform! Feel free to join! You will learn a lot! We are going to cooperate with Dance-It by Gatica. I am the main instructor and the person responsible for the whole project. I’m planning to invite Basia Sledziewska (amazing kizomba dancer and teacher from Paris) to join our trainings and help us with the show. There’s a lot of ideas, I just need you to make them happen! Payment: The whole Bootcamp (5-6 meetings, at least 2 hours each) cost 900 NOK per person (that means 75NOK per 1 hour - if we have 12 hours all together, but we can have up to 16 hours - you do the math!) :) You can pay by bank transfer or in cash.
