Dear Tango devotees It is finally time again for OsterTango! From 14th - 18th April 2022, we invite you to the 23rd International TangoFestival OsterTango 2022 in Basel. We will have a firework of seminars! Our guest teacher couples "Chicho" Mariano Frumboli & Juana Sepulveda, Ruben & Sabrina Veliz, Fausto Carpino & Stephanie Fesneau, Fernando Sanchez & Ariadna Naveira and Mario de Camillis as well as Pepa Palazón teach for every taste and level. The introductory course is taught by Lionel Wirz & Isabel Brumann. Buenos Aires’ popular moderator Pepa Palazón will lead through the nights. Programme: Thursday: Opening Milonga with welcome dance by our guest teacher couples. Friday: start of the Marathon in the Unionssaal, Milonga with the dance piece "CUBICO" in the big Festsaal of the Volkshaus Saturday: Concert of BANDONEGRO with show of three top-class couples on the Volkshaus stage Sunday: BANDONEGRO plays for dancing Monday: Farewell-Party in the Unionssaal, end of Marathon We are planning more highlights. Keep checking the website, it's worth it. Currently, there are no covid restrictions. We are following the government's recommendations and will adjust the rules to the Covid situation at Easter. Den Einführungskurs leiten Lionel Wirz & Isabel Brumann. Durch die Nächte führt die beliebte Moderatorin aus Buenos Aires Pepa Palazón. Programm: Donnerstag: EröffnungsMilonga mit Bienvenido-Tanz unserer Gastlehrerpaare Freitag: Beginn Marathon im Unionssaal und grosse Milonga mit Tanzstück "CUBICO" im Festsaal Samstag: BANDONEGRO und 3 hochkarätige Tanzpaare stehen auf der Volkshausbühne Sonntag: BANDONEGRO spielt zum Tanz Montag: Farwell-Party im Unionssaal, Ende des Marathons Wir sind in Planung weiterer Highlights. Immer wieder auf die Webseite zu schauen, lohnt sich also. Zurzeit gibt es keine Covid-Massnahmen. Wir folgen den Empfehlungen der Regierung und werden die Regeln der Covid-Situation an Ostern anpassen.
