Out Dancing - Century Ballroom's LGBTQ Social Dance

Join us Friday December 20th for OutDancing, one of the longest running nights for the LGBTQ social dance community in Seattle and certainly the largest floor to spin around on! There’s dancing for everyone: Salsa, Swing, Country, Waltz, Tango, Disco, West Coast Swing, you name it - mixing in some “non-partner” dance music just to shake your booty to. We'll have TWO ROOMS of dancing this month! Partnered Intro Dance Lesson: Salsa Line Dance Lesson: Feel It DJ Mr. Kate 7:00pm-8:00pm Intro Dance Lesson 8:00pm-11:00pm Dance (Line dancing ends at 10pm) 3rd Friday of the Month Ages: 21+ Intro Lesson & Dance: $30 Dance Only: $20 We have expanded OutDancing to two rooms! Join us as we fill West Hall with Line Dancing with our friends from Rain Country Dance Association. One cover gets you in both rooms! DJ Mr. Kate and MC Koop team up to bring you a night of non-stop dancing! Whether you lean towards the Latin styles like Salsa, Bachata and Tango, or Swing, both Lindy Hop and West Coast, or you’re an avid Country Western dancer wanting to Two-Step, Waltz and line dance, you’ll find music to keep your feet moving all night long. There’s a beginning partner dance lesson taught followed by a line dance lesson; each month is a different dance so you can try something new. Join us on the 3rd Friday and see what it’s all about.
