Outdoor Ecstatic Dance and Sound Healing

Join Christine Awakened Bear and Rebecca White Raven for a high vibe afternoon of community dance, nature, and sound healing meditation. Ah the sweet bliss of gathering outdoors by the water under the summer sun! We shall drop into the true essence of ourselves and allow our bodies to be free and wild with dance! After dancing we can release it all in to the earth and integrate the movement with stillness and sacred sound healing. This can be a great way to land back in your body after the weekend and before the upcoming week as we raise the energy, shake out the no longer needed stuff and finally integrate and regulate our nervous systems. 4:00 - 5:30 opening circle + ecstatic dance 5:30 - 6:00 sound healing Please dress for the weather and bring a yoga mat and blanket to be comfortable for the sound healing. Drummers are welcome to bring drums and play along with the music! Cost is by donation, $25 suggested.
