About this Event
Jerome Ramos started his dance career at the age of 6, performing Bomba Y Plena (Puerto Rican Folkloric Dance) and Salsa/Mambo. A student of Eddie Torres for 20 years and one of the original members of David Melendez’s HeartBreak Boyz. His continuing passion for dance moved him to seek out and train with a multitude of well-known instructors from New York, Puerto Rico and Cuba eventually landing him an opportunity with the Abakua Dance Company directed by Frankie Martinez. His dance training spans from African, Cuban Rumba (Yambu, Colombia, Guaguanco), Mambo/Salsa On1,2,3 & 4, Cha Cha, Boogaloo, Pachanga, Lyrical, Jazz, Ballroom to Hip Hop.
