Partnered Salsa Performance Team Information Session & Audition

Salsa on-1 dancers, you are invited to learn from Australian champions Carlos & Elli (of Latin Steps), organisers of World Salsa Solo and Brisbane Latin Dance Festival. Carlos and Elli loooove Salsa, Mambo and Cha Cha Cha. They love creating and teaching epic choreographies, with a focus on great technique, musicality, sabor, and of course loads of fun. Dance Culture and Latin Steps are joining forces to offer this opportunity to not only our students but to the larger Salsa dancing community in Brisbane. This partnered Salsa on-1 team will perform at Dance Culture's 10th Birthday Party on the 20th April 2024. This information session and audition is a low-stress opportunity to learn what will be involved in training and performing. If you feel confident dancing Salsa and would consider yourself of "intermediate" level or better, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go. ** Will I be dancing with a partner? Do I need to bring a partner? ** Yes, this is a partnered choreography. No, you do not need to bring a partner. ** Location: ** This event and subsequent training will be held in Dance Culture's air-conditioned studio located at 474 Ipswich Road, Annerley. The door leading up to the studio can be found between Yesterday's Thrift Shop and Lifeline's Vintage Revival shop.
