You should already be able to execute the basic steps and main zouk movements. ✨ 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒆 ✨ - 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 - 𝟏𝟑:𝟎𝟎. 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. Learn about the 3 different kinds of head movements. In this part we will also focus on cleaning the common mistakes and learning the details that make the movement comfortable, clear, and safe. - 𝟏𝟑:𝟎𝟎 - 𝟏𝟒:𝟎𝟎. 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. In this part we will learn how to connect the three different kinds of movements in order to create a continuous flow between them, allowing you to express your musicality and creativity. 1 hour break - 𝟏𝟓:𝟎𝟎 - 𝟏𝟔:𝟎𝟎. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. In this part we will learn and practice how to apply head movements while traveling, allowing us to intentionally synchronise or de-synchronise the head movement with the steps. - 𝟏𝟔:𝟎𝟎 - 𝟏𝟕:𝟎𝟎. She regularly teaches at national and international congresses and workshops. She was a member of Mimulus, the biggest and most famous ballroom dance company in Brazil. Today she uses her knowledge and passion to help people develop an authorial, autonomous and free dance. Providing them tools to discover their own unique movements, style and body expression.
