The Peace in Peace out Festival is an affordable Mind, Movement, Well-being, Self-care, Personal Growth, and Restorative experience that cultivates awareness of the senses and provides deepened practices in reflection and introspection. Hosted by ZenZouk and directed by Ruth Gatling. It is a gathering of individuals looking to disconnect from the frenzy of every day life who are looking to connect to meaningful experiences that will heighten their awareness of self and assist in personal development, growth, and well - being. Workshops will provide practices such as Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Movement, Journaling, Oil Essentials, Herbs, and more from qualified and seasoned instructors. There is no experience necessary as this is a weekend of self discovery, enjoyment, and relaxation and a time to meet new friends, do something different, or discover yourself deeper. During the festival, body workers such as massage therapists, reiki, and chiro adjustment practitioners will be available as part of the Wellness Expo. The Peace In Peace Out Festival is part of the sister event "Zouk N Play Festival" expected to run July 5th - 6th during the July 4th Weekend which in turn will offer FREE NEW COMER partner dance classes to the PEACE IN PEACE OUT ATTENDEES.
