The Baltimore Congress team brings you hours of spectacular Salsa Bachata dancing on Broadway pier. Just show up and dance. Street dancing shoes with hard soles will serve you better. DJ Raj and DJ Lucho bring you some delicious tunes. This is a public place, so all laws and regulations regarding public spaces apply.
