PLAY TANGO is an alternative tango práctica from Buenos Aires, made by Felipe Slimobich, created for the experimentation of the senses and the imagination during the dance. Through different games, we will play with the tango steps (sacadas, boleos, ganchos, colgadas, etc) focusing on music, technique, communication and different interpretative possibilities. During the last twenty years, Felipe performed, as a dancer and musician, in several festivals and taught tango dance, piano and music theory all around Europe, Russia and the United States. He started learning music at the age of seven and dancing tango at eleven years old. He has an Instructor Degree, 3rd Dan, in Taekwondo ITF, studied Spanish Philology at UNED, music composition at UCA and piano with the renowed tango composer Virgilio Expósito. He wrote the book: Tango, Survival Guide.
