Playful body - Tanzimpro & somatic movement

Playful body 24.02. 10-12:30 & 25.02. 10-12:30, 14-16:30 Innsbruck, Falkstraße 26 This workshop is about exploring the spontaneity and joy of movement. A long somatic warmup gives space to arrive into the body, to feel yourself and to open awareness. Later on we work in a playful way with different exercises and simple principles to explore improvisation and our variety and creativity of movement. For improvisation we need full body listening, which means being present with the space. Sensing and responding to what is happening within and around you. Full body listening opens the door for playfulness and communication through movement. Let’s play and discover all these possibilities and enjoy being embodied.
