PLAYFUL SANQUICHITOS + PLAYFUL PRACTICA

We've been working on BARRIDAS for the last few weeks . Tonight we'll segue seamlessly into SANQUICHITOS. We'll work on at least four different Sanquichito movements, maybe five if time permits. Of course, we'll emphasize technique because a poorly executed Sanquichito isn't fun to do or witness. After class, like always, we'll have fun during our Famous Potluck Practica to which everyone contributes something to munch or sip.
