A JOURNEY INTO THE ART OF TOUCH & MOVEMENT / Episode: The Tissues of Time DANCE THEATRE, SOMATIC PERFORMANCE, INSTANT COMPOSITION & EMBODIED RITUALS In this workshop and dance journey we explore the poetics of the body and the language of senses. Guided by powerful somatic scores we flow into dance improvisations and rituals on the dance floor and in the amazing Paradise garden, full springtime. We compose with and through our soulful bodies and embodied souls, exploring the poetics of touch, movement, voice and visions. We create from the depths of our flow, widening the wings of our perception into the totality of our composition. Moving through inner and outer worlds, we connect deeply with each other and read our bodies as poetry. We explore how dance and somatics can unfold between the sensing and the dreaming body. Dancing, playing, flowing, creating, we are moved to move. Touching and being touched by the depths of our interbeing. We create and inhabit 'spaces of meaning'. Our presence is the place to create from and create with. We will work both individually and with a partner and explore dynamic group scores. We will play with eyes closed and open. The journey takes us into researching, mastering and exploring the expressive layers of touch and movement. Experiencing and composing with the living poetry of inner and outer landscapes. It deepens and expands our skills and aliveness as a dancer, performer, bodyworker, somatic therapist and sensorial being. We explore the many layers of presence and connection. Widen our vocabulary of touch, movement and body states. So if you bring 11 friends, you come in for free ;) DANCE & BODYWORK TEMPLE The temple is a free flow open space where we play, explore and enjoy the fruits of the workshop. 'Somatic Space for the Enlightened Animal' is facilitated by Maya, with a live set by DJ Purusha. SAUNA & FIRE Enjoy the sauna, follow your flow, dance and play barefoot in the grass, surrounded by the exploding beauty of flowers of summertime in the paradiso garden, relax around the fire, stare in the gracious flames. Feel free to just be, to breathe, to share touch and dance, to sing, to play, to celebrate. Dive in the swimming pond for another refreshing summer celebration body boosting life-kick. FOOD Dinner (gluten free and vegan option) is included in the fee. And of course vitalized water and a variety of tea, fruits, nuts and chocolate. PARTICIPANTS / TRIBE This workshop and temple journey is open for people with affinity with dance, performance, physical theatre, bodywork, massage, somatic therapy and/or meditation who want to develop and deepen their art of touch and movement. We all treasure the freedom to be able to learn in a joyful atmosphere of openness, respect for people's boundaries and consent. Welcome! SLEEPING There is the freedom to sleep over in your tent or camper(van). In case you wish to sleep in the studio, a room or the B&B, you can tell us in your registration mail and pay this directly to Philip, the owner of the venue.
