Poetry of Physics Contact Improvisation Workshop This workshop is dedicated to 2 aspects of contact improv: understanding of body physics & mechanics of bodies dancing with each other so the dance can be smooth & fluent in every movement. It will include learning some partner acrobatics. Poetic quality of dance where we reach for the essence which fills our movement with subtle quality of mesmerising beauty. Program: - Contact improvisation essential skills - Somatic exercises. - Research on body mechanics and how to use it to make the dance as effortless and smooth as possible. - Games to boost our creativity. - Exercises to dive into inner poetry.
