Wer sind MICHAL & ZUZANNA? MICHAL WYSOCZANSKI ist aus der Generation Zero der Zouk-Tänzer Polens. Zusammen mit Renata Popis und später Zuzanna Sadowska hat er wesent- lich zum Aufbau und rasanten Wachstum der Polnischen Zouk Community beigetragen. Michal ist ein Spezialist im Lamba-Trez, dem Führen von mehreren Partnern gleichzeitig. ZUZANNA SADOWSKA ist Michal‘s Tanzpartnerin und die Hauptorganisatorin von „Zouk Libre“ einem der besten Zouk Kongresse Europas. Ihr Tanz hat eine Energie und Ausstrahlung die verzaubern. Wir bewundern insbesondere mit welcher Eleganz sie jeden einzelnen Schritt setzt. Beide sind exzellente Social Dancer, lasst euch das nicht entgehen und schnappt sie euch!! . . . . . . . . . . . . . terms&conditions: It is hereby declared, that with participation in any part of the event, (classes or party or both) organized and held by DanceZouk.ch & ZOUKademia (in the following called "the organizer"), the participant automatically agrees to the following terms and conditions. A. The participant is not allowed to bring his/her own beverages to the party, but instead, if he/she wants to drink, is obliged to buy drinks as offered by the organizer. B. The participant agrees to be photographed and videographed and also automatically and permanently grants all copy- and reproduction-rights on these materials to the organizer. Especially the organizer is allowed to use all the photographic and videographic material, that has been taken during the event, for his own promotional purposes and on every platform he decides to be usefull, without further notice to the participant. Exceptions are, i) if the participant explicitly restricts the mentioned rights BEFORE the event; ii) the participant explicitly asks for the deletion of specific photographic and/or videographic material, (clearly depicting himself, group pictures are excluded from this clause), from social media and other publicly accessible platforms owned by the organizer. C. Further the participant allows the organizer to tag and mention him/her in photos, videos, posts and/or comments on social media in relation with the current or future editions of the event, as well as related events and any other kind of promotions of the organizer. Exceptions are, i) if the participant explicitly restricts the mentioned rights BEFORE the event; ii) the participant explicitly asks for the deletion of specific tags in posts, comments etc. (group pictures are excluded from this clause) from social media and other publicly accessible platforms owned by the organizer. D. The participant is responsible for his own insurance. The organizer cannot be charged for any injuries, damages, losses, thefts caused or happening during the event. Especially the organizer refuses any kind of responsibility for incidents caused by the participant or by third parties. E. All fees charged by the organizer are non-refundable and owed to the organizer upon entrance to the venue. F. Only the organizer may grant exceptions to these terms and conditions. G. The invalidity of a paragraph of these terms and conditions doesn't affect the validity of any other. H. Courtesy is Zurich, Switzerland. I.
