Honouring the cycles of the Moon in our dance with March's Full Worm Supermoon ~ 🌝 As March's full moon presents itself at this time of the year, the ground begins to soften enough for earthworm casts to reappear, inviting the return of robins and migrating birds—a true sign of spring. Roots start to push their way up through the soil, and the Earth experiences a re-birth as it awakens from its winter slumber. How may we use this awareness to influence our dance? There are many alternative names for the March Moon ~ Worm Moon, Lenten Moon, Crow Moon, Sugar Moon, Chaste Moon.
