Join our co-creative festival close to the sea in Portugal from 31 October - 7 November 2021, in the amazing nature parc of Arrábida, 40 min. south of Lisbon. https://servivo.earth/contact/ WORKSHOP with Pawel Konior https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mE4-FI_LFCM - Get some sun before winter starts, -3 hours of advanced CI workshop every morning with Pawel Konior, -Daily jams at night and have the opportunity for labs and beachtime in the afternoon. The festival will take place in the community ServVivo, in the famous nature parc Arrábida. We will dance in a 120 m² dance studio and outside in nature. In addition to the big dance studio with wooden floor, there is a small meditation/music room, a big living room, a shared kitchen and lots of nature outside to explore. Beach is 15 minutes by car. The venue is located 40 min. south of Lisbon and easy to reach by bus (city is Palmela). Possibilities for hiking, visiting caves or the Palmela Castle, surfing are close by. So it makes sense to have some extra days after the festival to enjoy yourself and harvest your community experience. If you choose to do so, you will have special conditions with the community Servivo (10 Euros/night) for 4 nights max. COSTS: 360 to 420 Euros We ask for 7 hours of help from all participants for the whole week of dance and living as a community. Bring your skills and questions to share and explore in the daily labs. Bring your instruments if you like. You can also join the creative kitchen party for a day or 2, explore giving Yoga/Tantra/Music … sessions. How do we dance through this world? There will be a lot of space for your creativity in a loving environment. WORKSHOP WITH PAWEL KONIOR Exploring attraction and repulsion, adapting to unknown environment, being in and off balance, finding your rhythm. In this workshop we will focus on moving, manipulating and suprising each other. We will use our hands and limbs to be close and distant from each other, finding relation to the centrum of our partner in order to move him/her down, up, or through the space. Working with a partner will help us to learn the mechanics of our body. What kind of possibilites our joints, bones, and flesh are giving us, How we can bend, addapt, and redirect the force applied on us by our partner. During the workshop, we will organize a playground full of tools to explore changing environmant. Together, we will dive into the unknown, creating one group and dancing solo at the same time. How is it to deepen your own roots and feel the animal instinct. The workshop is aimed for people who are not afraid of challenges and like to move.
