What does it mean to live in relationship with water?
Not just as something to swim through or drink, but as a living presence inside and around you - a mirror of your soft, flowing nature.
What does it mean to truly connect with water, to feel its touch, its rhythm, its wisdom?
This workshop is an invitation to connect deeper to water. Movers, explorers, lovers of the water and even the ones with a more challenging relationship to water you are all welcomed!
We will explore free movement and contact dancing with water, self and others.

Water has a special power to bring people together.
It helps us connect without words,
to meet others in authentic way without losing ourselves.
Even if you felt previously disconnected from water,
you may find this experience changing your perspective.
Water can hold you, nourish you, and open to you new levels of joy and freedom.
By the end of this journey, your relationship with water may change forever. You’ll learn to stay longer in the water, to feel at ease and connected in a way that might surprise you.
And you’ll take away not just skills,
but a deeper understanding of how water can bring balance
and connection into your everyday life.

Through guided movement, gentle practices, and playful exercises,
we’ll discover:
- Breathing as the key to presence - learning how your breath supports you in water.
- Moving in the water with ease - finding trust and awareness as you navigate space and within yourself.
- Sharing connection with others - exploring freedom and dance through movement.
Each day will bring a balance of practice and reflection.
We’ll warm up on land and in the water,
explore solo and in a group activities, and take time to let the integration settle in your body.

This is not merely a workshop - it is a shared journey.
Together, we will hold the question:
How am I in aquatic environment?
This inquiry will weave through moments of stillness and movement,
connection and solitude, as you find your way back to the source.
Whether you come seeking reconnection, renewal, or curiosity,
you will leave touched - changed - by the ocean’s embrace.
Come as you are. Leave as someone new.

Water is the element she feels most at home. She works as a water therapist and recently started the flying.pool.project on Corfu, a therapy pool dedicated to the aquatic arts. She is also one of the organisers of Corfu Land & water Contact festival She is an avid water dancer that loves to let her dance be informed by the landscape, deep water dancing, shallow, in the sea, waterfalls, rivers, in the pool. She feels that part of her mission is to connect people to the magic of the water.
