Free-form dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. Join us for our first annual fundraiser of the year. $5 suggested donation at the door. All money collected will go to the creation of workshops and events to help empower younger individuals in our generation though music and art. Music Lineup: Taishan Stone Mixing tribal beats into ecstatic waves, Taishan's melodic style of music composition will make you feel uplifted and soothed. Drawing inspiration by connecting cultures from China to Hawaii, his medicinal music provides the healing necessary to just dance. Romman Romman, born and raised in Medellin, Colombia, began to develop a feeling for percussions when he was just 7 years old. Romman found an interest in Electronic Music at the age of 13, involving himself especially with the sounds of Minimal, Techno & House. He learned to mix when he was 15 years old after the transmission of an electronic music online radio show in Medellin (Electromite). Music began as a hobby, but with the passing of the days it started to become the reason in which Romman found the talent, quality, and style that shapes him at the present moment. Romman is known for being part of the Re:think Techno crew from Greenville, SC, as well as his collaborations with Dimensions of Being. Silent Duality Silent Duality is the philosophical and musical form, referring to the duality that is silently present from the moment we enter existence, to the moment we leave it. It allows the universe in which we find ourselves to exist, for duality is the framework through which consciousness is able to be. Duality silently hides the music of existence. It is expressed in every aspect of the universe, from the dualities of light & dark, male & female, down to the duality that creates your being, the principle duality of mind & matter.
