I recommend parking on Duke street then walking through Liverpool One shopping centre. ~ PAID- The management at the Hilton has said that Q park is £11.50 overnight if you get a card stamped at reception but I am not sure if that is just for people staying at the hotel so please check. The Q Park Liverpool One is the closest option - Opening hours: 24 hours - special rate: Evenings 5pm-9am £8.
