POSTPONED - new date next year! - Cosmic Hue's Sound Meditation into Dance Journey & Cacao Ceremony

Cacao & Cosmic Hue! Cosmic Hue will offer a musical soundscape for a sound meditation journey, moving into a freeform barefoot dance jam! It's a heart, mind, body and soul opening experience for healing the self, the community, and the world. Cosmic Hue is eclectic world beat improv by Kalidasa Joseph Getter and Craig Norton. They play handpans, flutes, woodwinds, hand drums, ambient keyboards, didgeridoo, udu (clay pot), wooden tongue drums, and much more. Please arrive between 2:30 and 3pm. Bring something sacred or meaningful to add to altar if you so choose. At 3pm, Kristen Larson will facilitate a Cacao Ceremony. Doors will be closed once the event begins, so please don't be late. After this opening cacao ritual, the musical soundscape will begin. Bring your own yoga mat to rest on, and a blanket and pillow to keep you warm and cozy. The musical journey will begin in contemplative quiet stillness and ambient space. After a pause we will shift gears to funky danceable grooves. If you're a fan of Contact Improv dance, bring your knee pads. Dancing and movement encouraged for all! Ticket info: $20-40 per person (donation), sliding scale. Cash / Venmo in advance.
