Please follow the signs near the stage to find the performer holding area. - All interested fire spinners must attend the meeting in order to spin fire during the open-spin segments of the night, which will be announced along with the official schedule and will be posted in the performer holding area. - There will be mandatory waivers and wristbands at the safety meeting, so please be on time and present if you plan to light up! - We will have an area for you to store your props during the event. Do not pull into the coned-off areas in the lot where the event is being held, and please do not block access to that lot or you will be towed if we can't find you. - Please, DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE. We will have a bunch of non-alcoholic options. Drink responsibly. - NO LIQUIDS OF ANY KIND will be permitted. You CAN bring an EMPTY water bottle to fill up. There are water fountains near the bathrooms and water coolers at the libation stations. - ALL bags are subject to being checked. Only small bags and purses will be permitted. (Performers prop bags will be permitted but are subject to being checked) - NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND. This includes any costume props that our security team or Gate crew determines to be weaponry. - NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OF ANY KIND. - Z E R O tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, or ANY form of discrimination. NO HATE SPEECH OR HATE GROUP ATTIRE ALLOWED (patches, t-shirts, hats, etc.) - CONSENT IS THE LAW OF THE LAND. Every PLF event has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for consent violations of ANY kind. Touching or kissing without asking (hugs included), coercion/pressuring someone in any way, stalking or any sort of harassment, AND SO ON will NOT be tolerated. Event organizers reserve the right to use their own discretion and ask you to leave if informed that you are making someone feel uncomfortable. Please find an event organizer, a CCI Representative, or a security guard if you are in need of assistance with another attendee. - We will have a Sanctuary area for those who need it. Please ask an organizer or staff and we will direct you to its location. - We value creating safer celebratory spaces and encourage everyone to NOT BE AN ASS. Violence or any acts of aggression, instigation, fighting, or over-the-top tomfoolery will lead to a boot. - This event is 21 to drink and 18 to party. It is geared towards 21+ humans. No minors. Alcohol will be provided at our Libation Stations. You must visit the Drink Ticket Station (cash and card accepted) before being served at the bar. This is NOT BYOB. - There are NO REFUNDS. This is a rain or shine event. If you would like to resell your tickets, follow the directions from your My Tickets page on Ticket Fairy. All ticket transfers must be handled through Ticketfairy.com to ensure your ticket sale is protected. - Coat racks will be provided at the entrance, but will not be staffed. Use them at your own discretion. The venue and organizers are not responsible for items left unattended. Don’t steal people’s stuff, though. - Last call for alcohol will be at 1:30 am. All drinks must be finished by 2 am sharp.
