Prana (Elixir, Breathwork & Dance Ceremony)

Prana (Elixir, Expansive Breathwork, Movement and Manifestation Dance Ceremony) Facilitated by: Boundless Frequencies, Leela & Kadimah Intention: Join us for a ceremony created with the intention of expanding our awareness and Prana (Life Force Energy) into a powerful state of blissful meditativeness. Once our life force energy has been increased, we can use this energy to consciously manifest what we would like to create and offer to our world. We will use Pranayama (Breathwork) and the power of visualization and dance to magnify our conscious creation! This is an opportunity to turn inward and feel what your heart truly desires, allow it to manifest and then celebrate the life that you are through dance! Time of Event: 5:30pm-10:00pm Flow of Ceremony: 5pm-5:30- Arrival of Guests and Set Up of Breathwork Space 5:30pm-6:00- Opening Ceremony with Kadimah and Elixir from Apothecary 6:00pm- 7:30- Pranayama (Active Breathwork) & Movement with Crystal Bowl Sound Journey. 7:30pm-9:30 Manifestation Dance/Electronic Music DJ Set from Boundless Frequencies. Guided movement and manifestation by Leela through the first 30 minutes of set then free dance until close. (Food and Beverages from Apothecary will be available for extra purchase) What to bring: A mat to lay on, blanket, pillow, comfy clothes you can move easily in, water bottle, your intention for the evening and your ecstatic vibes to share! Preparation for Ceremony: Please come on an empty stomach condition (4 hours since your last meal is ideal), avoid caffeine and stimulating substances, a shower right before the ceremony will enhance your experience, eat clean and healthy the days leading up to the ceremony for further enhancement About Boundless Frequencies: In a world composed of complex vibration and sound, certain frequencies can influence us into the direction of liberation. With over 12 years of experience in their work of flotation therapy, yoga, dance, breathwork, conscious diet, medicine journey’s and exercise, they aim to share their understanding of healing the mind, body, spirit, emotions and energy system. They feel that it is essential to balance and heal all aspects of one’s being in order to maximize the depth of one’s life experience. As a mother and father of two they hold their children and the youth as their greatest teachers and aim to bring a deep sense of playfulness with them in everything that they do.
