WHEN TECHNIQUE MEETS MUSICALITY Nati & Agu will share their experience as dancers and instructors about what are the most effective tools for them in finding a balance between technique and musicality. They created many creative and useful exercises that have been most helpful for this. What they say about the seminar: After years of leading musicality workshops, we encounter questions like: - Which is the fundamental tango technique (if there is one) when you are actually asking us to change our corporal behavior to match the music? - How do I know if my corporal behaviors really matches the music or I am just looking funny? - Are these changes posible to communicate or they “only” works with people that took this kind of workshops? - Is it “either this or that”? If we play with the music we cannot do a sequence and viceversa? - Is the relationship between the leader and follower like that of a conductor and musician, or we are supposed to have the same tasks within the couple?
