Primal Connection

Are you interested in deepening your experience of intimacy with yourself and others? Do you appreciate spaces where you can meet others from your authentic self? As humans, we still have a "primal self", that part of ourselves that can act without thinking and yet with integrity, for ourselves and the "pack". By slowing down and being curious we can listen and receive this intelligence that is present inside of our bodies. Allow play to guide you to new depths of liberation and connection... Like animals, we connect and learn the deepest when we play, a flow state where safety and exploration go hand in hand. This workshop will allow you to connect with heart and skin of other fellow humans 😊 Also to play with the innocent wild creatures that live within each of us…. We share the passion about embodiment as a connection to personal freedom and human connection. Both of us have had our life paths touched by reconnection with pleasure in our lives and hold space for mixed groups on embodied exploration. In addition, Harald has offers for working with men only and Janaina with women only in reconnection with pleasure. It’s such a pleasure to start co-creating together & craft unique containers to share with you. This is our first edition! At the core of this proposal is exploring Freedom & Safety, Presence & Expression as two sides of being wild with attunement. Combining visions and bringing polarity play-dance as part of the taste-flavour in this sharing: yin and yang, masculine & feminine. Looking forward to co-create magic with you & the unknown 😊 About Harald For the past 7 years Harald has been empowering people to move out of their box and ignite their inner fire, for a life full of vitality and pleasure. From a young age Harald was intrigued by all crawling, climbing and jumping creatures. Since rediscovering his passion in play, he wanted to share the joy and he keeps being amazed at its power to alchemize relationship dynamics. He has found his way through dance, tantra and martial arts, each adding a nuanced layer to the practice of primal relating. She is a certified life coach, yoga and tantra teacher and co-founder of Pussy Lab. ‘Around 8 years ago life initiated me in a journey inside. I took a pause to live in India and nature for spiritual nourishment. The reconnection my body through yoga also opened the longing to explore more of my pleasure and sexuality. This search took me to many self development and tantra retreats, conscious dance and embodiment courses. Its gifts touched every area of my life and continue to unfold. I love sharing this work of reconnection.
