This coming Friday. 🎉 Primal Dance is a 90-minute barefoot immersive journey made up of freestyle movement with light guidance, set to a curated flow of music that takes you from slow and reflective… to wild and uninhibited… and back to a place of calm and integration. All of it held in community with like-hearted others. No experience needed. No right way to do it.
