Primal Flow

Primal Flow was created by experienced healing practitioners dedicated to creating unique and affordable experiences for individual and collective transformation. Key to our processes are inward journeying, healing through sound and movement, mindful eating, and a focus on the characters, words and stories which build our realities. We experience the world ‘out there’ through our senses. Often ‘stories’ can get into that process and colour how we truly see the world. It stops ‘making sense’ and we lose our own purpose. Guiding our attention towards our senses, we can begin to step out of our own ‘story’ and into something shared; embodied felt experience. We come to our senses. We discover what truly moves us. What is my true character? And what characters exist within that whole? If all the world’s a stage, and all of life a play, what do I choose to author, and how, through my acts and words may I come fully into being? Navigating through stillness, through subtle awareness into fully embodied expression and movement, we journey through the many possibilities of self, helping to deepen and expand our own sense of purpose and possibility. We will move to sound and create sound which moves us. We understand how sound in the form of ‘the word’ used effectively can be used to spell out intention and positive change. We will re-discover our primal selves through movement and play in nature, allowing us to temporarily (or permanently) let go of the masks we have become accustomed to wearing. Using nature as a mirror and a teacher, we will journey inward and outward towards our true nature. We uncover the old and act out what is to come. Each Journey is individual. Yet we travel together. This programme offers deep healing and will include elements of: nature connection, inner child hypnotherapy, elemental movement & embodied play, intention setting & ritual, power language, natural sound medicine, creative vocal improvisation, natural sensuality, ecstatic dance, conscious eating, massage and much more… Led by experienced practitioners in sound healing, ecotherapy, hypnotherapy, couching, performing arts, movement, breath work, tantra and shamanic practices.
