Project NFT Neolonga!

Our last event was perfect! It started off with a surprise attendance from one of our favourite Queensland visitors, who cheekily had sent me an email the day before saying he wished he could come down but it was too far and too cold. Then one of our regular leaders who we had not seen for a very long time turned up next, with a local/now overseas visitor who we only get to see twice a year - another wonderful surprise. Then our most regular leader and follower came through the doors, and again we had even numbers to start off the night. Then came more people we had not seen in ages, years in some cases, as well as newbies to us. The leader:follower ratio was almost even again, and at some points during the night everyone was up dancing. It ended up being our highest attended night in that studio (the 3rd space we have occupied at Forever Dance). A couple of items were left behind - a large white drink container, and one Bloch lace up dance shoe. If any of these belong to you please let me know. They will be there this Sunday for your collection. Don't forget to feel free to bring your own water, drinks etc to the events. The lovely Sophie, who was a regular regular back in The Palace days before she moved to China for work at a university over 10 years ago, would like to promote the 1st tango festival occurring in her home town over there, Suzhou, in November https://jsj.top/f/rbM7gI. Sophie is back here for a few weeks for their end of uni year break, and should be in attendance this Sunday if you want to ask her any questions about it. Project NFT runs on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month starting at 7.30pm, and is $20 (cash only).
