Project NFT Neolonga

We are really looking forward to our event this Sunday after an extended break due to an extra Sunday in September. Our previous event was a little on the quieter side, so we hope to see more of you this Sunday and at our forthcoming events to ensure the continuation of Project NFT. As mentioned in our last notice, Project NFT will be participating in this year's Melbourne Tango Circuit (MTC) with a special 70's themed event - Boogie Fever, on Sunday 27th October from 3-6pm at Forever Dance. Start planning your 70's style theme dress e.g. psychedelic or paisley or floral patterns, or if you don't have any 70's inspired clothes come dressed in popular 70's colours - brown, green and orange. Our DJ this Sunday is DJ Campbell. DJ Campbell is one of our 3 regular rotating DJs. Each of our DJs have their own unique style and signature songs, which have been honed with over 10 years experience playing neo tango songs, that's a combined 30 years between the 3 of them! Every playlist is different, and we all relish the opportunity to keep our playlists sounding fresh by continually adding new songs - an advantage of neo tango. It takes many hours, and much effort to compile a playlist and arrange the songs in tandas, plus find and make the cortinas. The ultimate reward for all this hard work is to have good numbers to share the music with and have it danced to by many couples. Whenever you go out dancing, any style, if you really enjoy the music, show your appreciation by letting the DJ know :-). Project NFT runs on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month starting at 7.30pm, and is $20 (cash only).
