Pure Rhythm Last Dance of the season 4:30 Kundalini Yoga at 2:30!

Gabrielle Roth It has been an extraordinary year with deep dances bringing us to the root of ourselves while also connecting us to the amazing community that many of us share. We are powerful when we are present and connected to our own inner source of wisdom. There is nothing that brings me there faster than the beckoning of the beat. When I bring my problems or frustrations to the dance floor, or when I simply arrive to feel the bliss of being in my body I enter the gateway to greater freedom. When we do this in tribe in sangha in community we get to know each other in an entirely different realm. You are invited to join us this Sunday, July 28th for the last dance of the season at the magical time of sunset to sink into communion with your most intimate self while being held in the support of the tribe.
