QTANGO nights in SLC!

Erskine Maytorena, Olga Tikhovidova, and Natalia Tikhovidova of QTANGO Orchestra don't need an introduction to the Salt Lake Tango community. Erskine’s skills in teaching tango musicality – even teaching near-absolute beginners to dance to the music rather than to struggle with the steps – are legendary. Erskine brings to QTANGO decades of experience of an opera singer, his bandoneon, his leadership, his teaching talent, and his unsurpassed understanding of the way the tango music has been made in Argentina. Erskine's voice and bandoneon have found a perfect match in Olga’s violin and Natalia’s piano! Schedule: Sunday June 14 @ DF: “How to build your tango community by emphasizing musicality, embrace and simple steps” An all-levels intensive workshop. Erskine says: “One thing we see everywhere is people want to teach their friends to dance tango and don’t really know how to do that quickly and easily.
