It’s the source of the beingness and the expression that inspires others, without you having to DO anything. This is the experience voiced by the women who came to this class. STRUCTURE & FLOW With Tamina's extensive experience in professional dance development, you will be given tools that will help you to trust in the natural way your body wants to move. Feeling safer and more capable of going where your expression wants to go. The class will conclude with each of us sharing a live transmission of your inner Queen. 👑 ABOUT TAMINA PARIS Tamina guides women to remember the power of feminine truth with their bodies.
