This intensive with Raú and Isa will immerse you in the techniques that create seamless, beautiful movement. This intensive is a must for anyone who wants to refine their flowy technique and unlock the true smoothness of Zouk. >> When is this happening? Want to become a more smooth and flowy Zouk dancer? Cross-training in complementary concepts and techniques can unlock a whole new dimension in your dance. By exploring different ways of moving and connecting with a partner, you'll gain a deeper understanding of body mechanics, musicality, and the nuances of lead and follow. >> Is there an audition process? What are the requirements? In the effort to accommodate feedback and suggestions from previous events, all participants will be signing up with a training partner of their choice instead of us holding auditions. But wait, how does that work? Each couple will sign up for the intensive as partners (1 Leader + 1 Follower) and take this program as partners. In the event other partners are willing and want to rotate partners with you, the teachers will allow partner rotation between those couples. Our best recommendation is that your dance level (in Brazilian Zouk) is at the very least Intermediate level dancer (1 year plus). If you don’t meet this recommendation but still wanna sign up, be aware that this program might be a challenge for you and your partner. To attend one of the Intensive Trainings at BraZouky AUS 2025, you must be an Event Pass holder (Leader, Followers or Buddies).
