Race Street Salsa Fest Day One

Join us for Day One of the inaugural Race Street SalsaFest at De la Luz—a day of food, rhythm, culture, and connection on the edge of Holyoke’s Puerto Rican Cultural District. Everyone is welcome, tickets are free or by donation, and registration is requested to secure your spot. The evening lineup includes: 5:00 PM – Holyoke Food and Equity Collective’s Summer Gathering Meal (a shared community dinner open to all, with a sliding scale from $0–$20. (Advance registration appreciated.) 6:00 PM – Mezcal Talk + Tasting (separate ticket required) 7:00 PM – Free Salsa Lesson with McCoy Jamison in the Soundstage 8:00 PM – Live performance by local favorites Sharina y su Conjunto Guajiba in the Divine Theater 9:00 PM – Orquesta El Macabeo (Puerto Rico) brings down the house with a 14-piece live salsa explosion in the Soundstage 10:30 PM – Late Night Latin DJ in the Divine
