The legendary Ragroof Tea Dance returns to the beautiful Brighton Spiegeltent – a cornucopia of dancing delights, featuring a DJ playing vintage tunes, glamorous costumes, glorious dance displays, and our trademark Instant Dance Classes in a number of popular dance rhythms. No dance partners needed as our gender-neutral approach encourages everyone on to the dancefloor. All welcome – absolute beginners and experienced dancers alike. A chance for everyone to trip the light fantastic! Two differently-themed Ragroof Tea Dances this year: 15 May: From The Cotton Club to the Copacabana – a cornucopia of dancing delights focusing on vintage Jazz & Latin rhythms. The special themes inform our dance displays and classes, but each tea dance will also feature a general mix of Ballroom and Latin dance rhythms.
