Beloved Texas Ecstatic Dance family, I'm thrilled and honored to present to you our latest community effort to bring together all generations of Ecstatic Dancers, magical sound healing, and body/energy healing by offering a reasonably-priced, sober event in the new Austin Ecstatic Dance Center!✨ This will have Friday night vibes, dark lighting, and lounge areas to hang out in, all in a conscious, substance-free space. We'll start with a slow relaxing warm-up dance, do an opening circle to connect and set expectations, the main dance wave, and then immediately move into a sound healing session with Liria, who plays her magical flutes to expand consciousness and relax our nervous systems, and Markbob, who plays many instruments and creates numerous vibration-raising sound experiences. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ WHO IS THIS FOR? 💫Experienced or brand-new dancers 💫Kids.
