Raising Consciousness Ecstatic Dance, Yoga & Healing

The themes this month are Connection and Pleasure. ⚡️⚡️✨✨ Beloved Ecstatic Dance family, we love creating these Raising Consciousness events! It's a community effort that brings together all generations of dancers, sound healers, and body/energy healers in this monthly, reasonably-priced, booty-shaking, sober event at the Austin Ecstatic Dance Center!✨ This will have Friday night vibes, with lounge areas to hang out in, all in a conscious, consensual, alcohol/substance-free space. If you come at 7, BRING A YOGA MAT. Limited mats available to borrow. We'll start with a warm-up Yoga Flow, do an opening circle to connect and set expectations, the main dance wave, and then immediately move into sound healing. We'll circle up again so that people can share about their experience, and then we'll have a slow dance where people can connect, talk quietly, move, or cuddle, as long as everything is consensual. Healers, tea service, and living water will be available throughout ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ WHO IS THIS FOR? 💫Experienced or brand-new dancers 💫Kids.
