It's May! And it's time for the next Rebel SBK Noches night with something a little bit different!!! Get your geek on and come join us for our Geek Chic Styling Special! We're excited to bring you two artists !! Welcoming to Rebel SBK Noches for the first time we have the super talented Chan Shaun Pi!!! and returning to teach her beautiful styling is Fernanda Navi!! What you need to know ... The classes will run at the same time, Ladies Styling with Fernanda and Mens Styling with Chan. !!! But they're inclusive and however you identify or lead or follow, anyone can join either class. After class, I'm sure you'll be ready for Andreas RU on the decks for the SBK Social 🔥 🍹We have a great venue, bar, sound quality, welcome team, photographer and of course your host Andreas RU SalsaRebel. We set the vibe and you guys bring it. ✨ About the Artists: Chan Chan's passion for dance ignited in 2008 with Cuban salsa, where he honed his skills under esteemed instructors across Europe. Transitioning to the UK in 2015, he delved into LA crossbody on1 salsa, infusing his repertoire with new rhythms and techniques. In 2018, Chan embarked on a new chapter, immersing himself in the intricate nuances of New York style on2 salsa, showcasing his dedication to the art form's evolution. Don't miss the opportunity to witness Chan's captivating journey through salsa's diverse styles! Fernanda Originally from Mexico, Fernanda began her path through dance at the age of 12 in jazz and Mexican folk dance schools. At 17, she began to dance in choreographic groups of musical comedy, modern dance and hip hop where at the same time she had the opportunity to dance with various Mexican artists for TV. This is when Fernanda began her career in crossbody salsa participating in shows and competitions nationwide. At the age of 19, she began a degree in contemporary dance at the Morelos Center for the Arts, where she was able to learn various dance techniques including ballet, afro-cuban, modern, folklore, among many others. Later on, she moved to Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Mexico, where she began working as a professional dancer and continued her career as a performer with live bands dancing in different dance styles. Currently she’s based in Liverpool, and teaches Salsa & Bachata in different cities in the UK and continues to share her passion for dance and all of the Latin American culture here in the UK.
