RECEIVING AND GIVING IN TANGO - Workshop for authentic dancers

What is PLEASURE in tango? How can DESIRE to be seen and accepted be a source of happiness and pain in this dance? How can we use VULNERABILITY and AUTHENTICITY to be those who really experience what tango has to offer us, deeply? I’m preparing something very different, something that in my opinion and experience constitutes the most authentic, real, experiential part of tango. Vulnerability and receptiveness from both partners, the ability to take pleasure in what we do, truly, and finding a way to put ourselves fully into the moment - that means being able to know who we truly are inside, what we desire, what story we have to share with the other. Giving ourselves permission to really FEEL and EXPRESS - the fundamental idea behind this special workshop. To create this intensive workshop, I am drawing knowledge and inspiration from the many therapies and mind-body approaches I’ve delved into through my life. I’ve been studying the Self and expressions of the self, alone and with the other, and authenticity for many years now. I’m fascinated with the relationship with oneself and the other, and tango is a perfect playing field for experiencing this. So if you are interested in DEEPER connection to yourself and the other in the dance, this will be a very interesting workshop for you. Come with an open mind and get ready to experience emotions, sensations and pleasures like never before. Preliminary date: April 30. This will be a 3-hour long workshop. In couples ideally, or get ready to be open with a stranger (will be more intense for you!) ❗️Registration essential!
