You are invited to take your place in the circle for a powerful and dynamic week to practice the art of being human. We will be taking 30 adventurous souls on a movement medicine journey into the wild terrain of our bodies, hearts, and souls. With the 5Rhythms® Practice as our Foundation and the raw earthy magnificence of Costa Rica, we will take Refuge from the world of doing in order to arrive into a nourishing state of Being. Our home for these 6 days will find us perched on the mountain overlooking the breath taking views of Nosara. Supported by delicious whole foods, Yin Yoga, ceremony, and dips into the ocean for purification, we will dance ourselves to the root of our primal nature to rediscover our edge as well as our beauty. We will move to uncover what holds us back, and share it in Ritual Theatre, as well as redefine what we are ready to take on in our lives and have support echoed back to us through the power of the tribe.
