JE RÉGÉNÈRE MA TERRE. 🌿 Et si la régénération des sols, des forêts et des océans commençait par la régénération de notre "terrain privé": dans le paysage de notre propre corps et de notre propre âme ? Le sol, l'âme et la société ont la même racine en latin - humus - comme l'a souligné Satish Kumar. L'avenir régénérateur que nous souhaitons pour la Terre et l'humanité est indissociable de la régénération de notre corps et de notre psyché/âme. Et si cela commençait par nous? En ralentissant, en faisant moins, en ÉTANT plus? En créant des espaces à l'intérieur de nous-mêmes où nous pouvons écouter le son de notre silence intérieur ? Peut-être que le monde ralentirait alors... Peut-être pourrions-nous alors capter les sons de la Terre, comprendre le langage des plantes ou des dauphins, entendre la sagesse des indigènes et des anciens? Peut-être pourrions-nous alors créer des visions plus sages et plus aimantes de la vie sur la planète... La musique, le mouvement, le chant, la communauté humaine sont des outils simples mais magiques pour notre régénération personnelle. C'est encore plus puissant lorsque cela se fait avec intention, avec conscience, et avec l'appui de la science vivante. Nous nous rassemblons et créons ensemble un champ unifié où l'harmonie, la douceur, la joie et l'amour élèvent nos vibrations et émanent sur le monde. Le rythme est un phénomène omniprésent, en nous et autour de nous - la respiration, le rythme cardiaque, la marche, le cycle lunaire, les saisons... En jouant du tambour en cercle, nous harmonisons notre rythme intérieur avec le rythme qui enveloppe tout l'univers, nous commençons à ressentir et à voir l'unité avec tout ce qui nous entoure. Cela permet de répondre à l'un des besoins humains les plus élémentaires - le besoin d'appartenance - d'une manière très accessible. De plus, jouer le tambour ensemble est une belle opportunité d'exprimer la sauvagerie, l'authenticité, de se connecter avec sa musicalité et d'affronter la honte et tout qui bloque notre libre expression. ★ JE ME RELIE À MA TERRE: dans la vibration d'ouverture du coeur et d'ancrage, nous allons nous relier à notre terre intérieure (notre corps) et au corps de la Terre. ★ LA CONSCIENCE VÉGÉTALE ET LE CHANT DES MOLÉCULES: Renaud Ruhlmann nous invite à experimenter comment communiquer avec les végétaux et se reconnecter à la symphonie du vivant. ★ MAMA AFRICA - MUSIQUE DE BALAFON: la douce magie du xylophone pentatonique, avec ses rythmes mélodieux pour rêver, raconter, danser. ★ CHANT SACRÉ POUR LA TERRE: avec toute notre ouverture au monde, guidés par Thierry, nous allons chanter ensemble pour offrir à la Terre et au Vivant notre resonance d'unité, d'harmonie et d'amour. ★ VOYAGE MUSICAL PAR RAMZI ATTIA // DANSE INTUITIVE: Un voyage harmonieux inspiré de la Vie elle-même. Au quotidien, Ramzi compose et enregistre de la musique, anime des cercles de tambours et des séances de musicothérapie, et se produit en direct dans des clubs et des festivals du monde entier. Son set live est un voyage harmonieux inspiré par la vie elle-même. Une cérémonie sonore, basée sur la transe, qui oscille entre profondeur émotionnelle et folie intense.
