The music is catchy and is a party style dance form. It's a rage in Europe, mixing Latin steps with various street styles like HIP-HOP & DANCEHALL. Short bio by satyaki saha started dancing in 2005. I am a professional Salsa dancer since 2010. My partner, Sovit Biswal & I are the directors of our latin dance school called Mambo City India, based in Kolkata. We teach Mambo ( Salsa on2), Bachata, Kizomba. We have travelled and performed at various Salsa congresses across the country and have also performed at International Salsa Congresses such as Hong Kong Salsa Festival 2011, Berlin Salsa Congress in 2012 & 2013, Fujairah Latin Festival in 2014. We were featured as guest performers on national television in the show Nacha Baliye season 5. I am also Guineas World Record holder in the category of " maximum number of Swing Dance Flips", in the show that had taken place in 2011 in Colors hosted by Preity Zinta. Apart from dancing we organized 3 dances festivals in Kolkata called International Dance Fiesta ( IDF 2013, 2014 & 2015). Sovit and I are organizing a festivall called Latin Soul Fiesta, the first edition in Pune in December 16th to 18th. It is one of the biggest Latin festivals in the country. I picked up Reggaeton during the time I travelled abroad during congresses and while I trained in Milan. Being a latin dancer, it came to me quite naturally. it is a part of latino club culture.
