Starting on Thursday 7th August this course runs for 4 consecutive weeks at St Columba Church in Moseley. Discover the soulful world of blues dance in this 4-week beginner-friendly course. Taught by Bex and Pete, these classes will introduce the fundamentals of blues movement, connection, and musicality. With a focus on feeling the music, we’ll explore posture, grounded movement, basic steps and partner communication. Expect an element of switching (switching between traditional Lead / Follow roles) and that all important blues attitude.
